Hair and Body Oil
Some oils are made specifically for hair, others specifically for skin — this one is formulated to work for both, which makes it a practical option if you’d rather not keep several separate oils in your routine. It’s on the lighter end of the oil spectrum, closer to hair oil than to something like black castor oil, so it absorbs faster and doesn’t leave the heavy residue that thicker oils can.
Using one product for two purposes isn’t just convenient — a lighter, dual-purpose oil is genuinely well suited to both jobs, since hair ends and skin have fairly similar needs when it comes to sealing in moisture without weighing things down.
How to use it:
For hair, warm a few drops between your palms and smooth over dry or damp ends, avoiding the roots and scalp unless your hair runs very dry. For skin, apply to damp skin straight after a shower to help lock in moisture, focusing on drier areas like elbows and legs. A little covers a lot of surface area, so start with less than you think you’ll need.
A few honest notes:
Because it’s designed to be lightweight, it won’t give the same intensive treatment as a dedicated deep-conditioning oil or a heavier body butter — think of it as a daily maintenance oil rather than a once-a-week intensive treatment.
